We Require Our Chauffeurs To Wear Masks
We require all our chauffeurs to wear face masks, and disposable gloves when operating their vehicle. We recommend that passengers bring their own masks and gloves. Vehicles with more than one passenger may employ a zigzag pattern of seating. Chauffeur will open and close doors to the vehicle and the trunk. Passengers should handle their own luggage to avoid even the chance of cross-contamination.
At Boston Corporate Coach we urge you to take the personal precautions necessary to ensure your continued wellness! Unfortunately, no one can guarantee a covid-19 free environment. However, at Boston Corporate Coach we are making every effort to minimize any risk of exposure.
COVID-19 Details
Cancellation Policy
Even during the best of times, we know that travelers’ plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures that now as always, you can book travel knowing that you can change or cancel it within our reasonable cancellation window and not be charged.
Courtesy Items
We’ve temporarily removed all passenger courtesy items from our luxury vehicle’s, and we recommend that our passengers avoid any unnecessary touching of items inside the cabins.
Airflow & Quality
We are currently recommending that our clients allow our chauffeurs to lower the windows to create a better quality of airflow throughout the cabin. However, if this isn’t possible we have instructed our chauffeurs to only use the “Outside-Air” and not the “Air-Recirculation”. This keeps an overall better air quality for our clients and our chauffer’s.
COVID Training
All of our chauffeurs have been thoroughly trained on the new service protocols and standards, as well as how to clean and disinfect their vehicles. Currently, we do not allow front seat travelers and we have installed barrier walls in some of our larger vehicles. Our staff is trained and follows all OSHA Guidelines and CDC Recommendations.
