Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policies: 


Additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable (e.g. tolls, parking, airport and regulatory fees, operating surcharge, gratuity, fuel charge, late night/early morning fees, etc). All quoted rates are subject to change without notice. All rates are calculated and billed in U.S. dollars.

A $50 U.S. holiday surcharge will be charged to all trips occurring on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Similar surcharges apply to trips occurring on recognized holidays in locations outside the United States. 

Point To Point Flat Rate:

Boston Corporate Coach has standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports. Wait time is defined as the length of time that elapses between a scheduled pickup and a passenger getting into the reserved vehicle. A fee of $1.75 for every minute is charged after the grace period of 60 minutes for international flights arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic flights, and 10 minutes for non-airport pickup reservations.  

Stop Charges: 

A Stop Charge will apply to any added stops on route to the drop-off location plus $1.75 a minute increment for any wait at the stop location over our 5 minute grace period at the stop location. Passenger-requested stops off route during a flat-rate trip will be charged the prevailing hourly rate. A stop added in the same pickup zone is $35.00 for a Sedan and $45 for SUV, plus $1.75 for each 1 minute increment of waiting time at the stop. A stop added in a different pickup zone will be calculated based distance and time, plus $1.75 for each 1 minute increment of waiting time at the stop. 

Stop Rules: 

Stop charges only apply if the pricing type is “Flat Rate/Point to Point”. Stop charges are never applied to hourly pricing. Stops must be “on route” to the drop-off location. In the same general direction or area. If the stop is out of the direction of travel or in a different service area the job must be booked hourly. There is a two-added stop limit on a transfer. If more stops are requested the job must be booked as hourly. If the pickup address and the drop-off address are the same and there is a stop added, this is a Wait & Return reservation. Wait and Return reservations must be booked as hourly service. There are no free stops on a flat rate transfer reservation. If you make a flat-rate reservation with an added stop, the system will add the stop price to the ride total price automatically. 

Hourly Rides: 

Rides between locations to which a flat-rate does not apply will be billed for the time the vehicle and chauffeur are at your service. The vehicle hourly rate will apply.

Hourly rides are billed per hour at the chosen vehicle prevailing hourly rate. Final charges are based on actual ride duration, plus garage to garage time. Garage time (positioning) is the cost incurred for the vehicle and chauffeur to travel to your pickup location from our closest garage and to return to our garage from your drop-off point. Hourly rates do not include tolls, parking, and other miscellaneous charges, which will be added if applicable, upon ride completion. Time-based charges are billed in 30-minute increments. Long-Distance Reservations will be charged as Time + Mileage. Mileage rate varies and will be charged based on the vehicle type selected.

Cancellation & No-Show Fees:

Cancellation charges equal to the full ride rate as if it was taken and will apply unless:

*Sedans are canceled more than (12) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for account holders and 24 hours for non-account holders.

*International Sedans are canceled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

*SUVs are canceled more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

*Sprinter/Vans are canceled more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pickup time.

*Mini/Mid Coaches are canceled more than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled pickup time.

*Motor-Coaches are canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled pickup time.

*Limousines are canceled more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pickup time.

*Greeters/Coordinators are canceled more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.

A no-show fee equal to the full fare price of the trip, plus any applicable wait-time and child seat fees, tolls, parking will be charged when the passenger(s) fails to arrive at the designated location. To avoid a no-show fee, call 1-800-664-4480 or +1 617-652-5555 if you cannot locate your vehicle/chauffeur.

Cancellation policies and rates are subject to change during special market events. The above cancellation policies may vary from market to market. 


Prior to your trip, Boston Corporate Coach will request a pre-authorization of your credit, debit or pre-paid account for the estimated total of your reservation confirmation, and an up to additional 50% of the total to allow for anything that is out of the scope of what was reserved. A pre-authorization is a “hold” on funds from your bank account  when we initially take your account and payment information, but have not yet processed the final charge(s) for your trip. The pre-authorization guarantees that the provided account information has the available funds to pay for the services purchased from Boston Corporate Coach, and is removed when processing the final total. Your trip may be canceled if we are unable to request a pre-authorization from the provided payment information prior to your trip. 

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed. If the pet weighs more than 15 pounds, then they must be placed in a kennel crate. Small pets must be leashed or placed in a carrying case and must not travel in the seat next to your chauffeur. Please note that certified service animals do not need to be placed in a crate. To ensure a smooth ride for both you and your pet it is best to call us beforehand at (800) 664-4480 to make arrangements so we match you with a pet-friendly chauffeur.

Additional Information: 

Neither Boston Corporate Coach, nor any of its subcontractors or affiliates, shall be liable for or assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other item left in a vehicle. In no event will Boston Corporate Coach or any of its subcontractors or affiliates be liable or responsible for damages of any kind caused by any delay in performance or failure to perform, in whole or in part, any of their obligations in connection with the services, where such delay or failure is due in part to fire, earthquake, weather, traffic, road construction, strikes, government-sanctioned embargo, flood, act of God, act of war or terrorism, act of any public authority or sovereign government, civil disorder, delay caused by any air or ground passenger carrier, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Boston Corporate Coach, its subcontractors or affiliates. Boston Corporate Coach provides child seats upon request, where available, for an additional fee of $35 per seat, which will be reflected in the “Other” fees in the price breakdown. Parents and guardians of children are responsible for installing any child safety seats. Due to liability insurance restrictions, the chauffeur cannot install a child seat. Boston Corporate Coach may, at its sole discretion, use affiliates/subcontractors to perform any and all services under this agreement. Moreover, Boston Corporate Coach will not be held liable for any incidents that may occur by its affiliates while the affiliate preform this work. STC (Surface Transportation Charge) STC is a surcharge based upon various overhead expense items, some of which may not relate to the specific trip.  

The following items are prohibited from Boston Corporate Coach vehicles including affiliates/subcontractors vehicles: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives, and fireworks.

Boston Corporate Coach reserves the right to use any and all means of collection available under applicable law to collect any amount past due.  In the event of nonpayment or partial payment, Boston Corporate Coach will pursue and is entitled to all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in its collection efforts.  Any Boston Corporate Coach invoice not paid within thirty (30) days of such billing is subject to an interest charge at the maximum interest rate permitted by law, which is 20 percent per annum in the state of MA. The undersigned and recipient of this email confirmation acknowledges and agrees that Boston Corporate Coach reserves the rights to assess a minimum fee of $250.00 for any necessary and/or cleaning and /or damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.
