All Boston Corporate Coach™ Sprinter and shuttle van chauffeurs hold active CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) certification, which is a legal requirement for commercial passenger vehicles of this size. In addition to CDL certification, all chauffeurs undergo background checks, drug and alcohol testing, and advanced defensive driving training before deployment. Performance is evaluated continuously against defined standards.
