Our Executive Leadership Team
DEDICATED TO PERFECTION AND EXCELLENCE.
Our Executive Team

Meir Waizman
Chairman & CEO
Meir Waizman is Chairman & CEO of Boston Corporate Coach™, and the founder who has led the company’s operations for more than 30 years.
Under his leadership, Boston Corporate Coach™ has grown from a Boston-based executive transportation service into a global operation spanning 680+ cities across 27+ countries. That growth did not come through acquisition or franchising. It was built through a founder-led model that holds every market to the same standard.
His direct oversight is what makes the difference between a global transportation network and a global brand promise. For Fortune 500 travel departments and private aviation teams that require centralized, executive-led accountability, the founder-led structure is a deliberate differentiator — not an organizational legacy.
What this means for corporate clients:
- Accountability remains at the top of the organization, rather than dispersed across layers of management.
- Service expectations are set by a founder with more than 30 years of direct industry experience.
- Every market is held to the same level of service, rather than left to local operators to interpret independently.

Jennifer Lyons
Director of Client Relations & Operations
Jennifer Lyons leads the day-to-day delivery of Boston Corporate Coach™ global operations, connecting what the company promises clients with what chauffeurs, dispatchers, and affiliate partners deliver in the field.
Her role sits at the intersection of client expectations and service delivery across every market. From last-minute itinerary changes to complex multi-city programs, Jennifer’s team handles details proactively and keeps service protocols in place across locations.
Operational responsibilities:
- 24/7 global operations oversight, with direct coordination between clients and field teams.
- Service protocols maintained across markets through active management, not left to chance.
- A point of continuity for corporate travel managers and executive assistants overseeing ongoing programs.
- Problems are identified and addressed before they reach the client.

Shawna Neill
VP of Sales
Shawna Neill leads strategic growth and enterprise client development for Boston Corporate Coach™. Her work is focused on building transportation partnerships, not booking individual trips.
She works directly with enterprise accounts and private aviation operators to design transportation solutions that function as managed infrastructure rather than a vendor relationship. When a Fortune 500 company needs ground transportation across dozens of cities and multiple time zones, her role is to make sure the solution is built to deliver, not just described that way.
Client development focus:
- Enterprise corporate travel programs. Long-term accounts that require coordinated service across multiple markets.
- Private aviation operators and flight departments. Ground transportation aligned with aviation scheduling and FBO coordination requirements.
Strategic market positioning. Ensuring Boston Corporate Coach™ is positioned as a preferred global partner, not a commodity transportation vendor.

Kathleen Analis Pena
Director of Global Affiliate Networks
Ana Pena is responsible for the quality and accountability of Boston Corporate Coach™’s global affiliate network, the structure that supports reliable service across 680+ cities worldwide.
Unlike open-network models that contract local providers without direct accountability, Boston Corporate Coach™ manages affiliate quality through vetting, onboarding, and ongoing audits. Ana oversees that process across six continents, ensuring affiliate partners meet the same expectations as the Boston-based operation.
The practical outcome for clients: when a Fortune 500 travel manager books transportation in a market they have never used before, they receive the same level of professionalism, discretion, and operational reliability they expect from Boston Corporate Coach™ in their home market.
Network management responsibilities:
- Affiliate vetting and onboarding. Every partner qualifies against defined standards before being deployed for client service in any market
- Ongoing performance auditing. Continuous evaluation against BCC operating benchmarks; non-performing affiliates are removed, not tolerated
- Six-continent coverage management. The same quality-control structure applied in Boston applied in every financial and travel hub worldwide
Leadership Approach — Control Drives Consistency
Boston Corporate Coach™ leadership operates from a clear principle: control drives consistency. Systems, service expectations, and management decisions are designed to maintain direct oversight of what the company delivers, rather than hand accountability to market-level operators or franchisees.
- Founder-led accountability. Because Meir Waizman remains directly involved in leadership, the expectations set at the top are the same ones enforced across every market.
- Cross-functional coordination. Client relations, operations, sales, and affiliate management work in direct coordination, so issues are addressed across functions rather than passed between departments.
- Continuous improvement through data. Leadership reviews trip data continuously, using it to refine chauffeur expectations, dispatch practices, and affiliate oversight over time.
- Technology as a management tool. Technology is used to give leadership visibility into the field, not to replace judgment or oversight.
Experience and Expertise Applied Daily
The Boston Corporate Coach™ leadership team brings decades of experience across transportation, logistics, sales, client management, and global operations. That experience is applied directly to the decisions that shape client outcomes every day.
- Anticipating operational complexity. With more than 30 years of experience, the leadership team has managed the kinds of scenarios executive travel programs routinely encounter. Problems are anticipated and addressed before they reach the client.
- Long-standing Fortune 500 relationships. The company’s tenure in the corporate transportation market means established relationships with Fortune 500 travel departments, global enterprise accounts, and private aviation teams that have worked with BCC across multiple years and markets.
- Cross-industry knowledge. The leadership team’s experience spans transportation, finance, logistics, and sales. This breadth allows BCC to structure transportation solutions that align with how corporate travel programs are actually managed, not just how ground transportation providers typically operate.
Corporate clients working with Boston Corporate Coach™ have access to a leadership team experienced in corporate travel programs, airport and private aviation logistics, meetings and events coordination, and global affiliate management. That experience is applied directly to structuring the right solution for each program.
Boston Corporate Coach™ is led by Chairman & CEO Meir Waizman, who founded the company and has directed its operations for more than 30 years. The company has remained founder-led throughout its growth from a Boston-based service to a global operation spanning 680+ cities across 27+ countries. That continuity of leadership is deliberate, not accidental.
In a founder-led operation, accountability is held at the top of the organization rather than distributed across a corporate management hierarchy. For Fortune 500 travel managers and executive assistants who need a transportation partner that operates predictably and resolves issues without escalation chains, this structure means they have access to a decision-making level that can act immediately. The operational standards Meir Waizman established are the same standards enforced in every market in the network.
Through a centralized affiliate network managed by Director of Global Affiliate Networks Ana Pena. Every affiliate partner is vetted, onboarded, and continuously audited against defined BCC operating standards. This is not an open-network model. It is a managed structure with direct oversight and clear accountability. Affiliates who do not maintain standards are removed. The practical result is that service quality in an unfamiliar market is as predictable as service quality in Boston.
Director of Client Relations & Operations Jennifer Lyons manages the operational layer between client commitments and field execution across all markets. Her team handles 24/7 global dispatch oversight, service protocol enforcement, and proactive issue resolution — ensuring that schedule changes, last-minute modifications, and complex multi-city programs are managed without requiring the client to manage the logistics themselves.
VP of Sales Shawna Neill leads enterprise account development with a focus on building transportation infrastructure rather than booking individual trips. She works directly with corporate travel programs and private aviation operators to design solutions that scale across markets and function as a managed program, not a vendor relationship that requires constant re-evaluation.
The leadership team brings direct experience across executive transportation, global logistics, corporate sales, client relations, and affiliate network management. Combined, the team has managed transportation programs for Fortune 500 companies, global enterprises, financial institutions, private aviation operators, and healthcare and technology organizations across multiple decades and markets.
Boston Corporate Coach™ is frequently referred to as Boston Coach in executive and corporate transportation searches, reflecting the company’s long-standing presence in the market. Boston Corporate Coach™ operates independently under its own brand, leadership, and service model, distinct from any other provider using similar terminology.
