All chauffeurs undergo background checks, drug and alcohol testing, and defensive driving training before deployment. Performance is evaluated continuously. Chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes before scheduled pickup and operate under strict confidentiality requirements. Chauffeurs who do not maintain required standards are removed from the network.
