Yes. All Boston Corporate Coach™ chauffeurs undergo a multi-point background check before deployment, covering criminal history, driving record, and identity verification. Drug and alcohol testing is required before deployment and conducted on an ongoing basis. Performance is evaluated continuously against defined standards. Chauffeurs who do not maintain required standards are removed from the corporate program. NDAs are available where required by the client’s travel program.
